The Beach Suite, an original and striking building from the outside due to its futuristic look, full of unusual shapes and colors and a place that really surprises with the size of its bathroom and thecreativity of its design.

It’s ideal for a group of friends (3-6), thanks to its 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra separate WC, a spacious living room and eating terrace.

Hammocks rock in theopen wall spaces on the deck.The famous bathroom is a real work of art: from the outside it’s dome shaped, covered in coloured glasscircles; inside there’s a space rocket feel to the massive room, enhanced by the giant knobs that controlall the taps.

There’s a double shower in one corner and a huge Jacuzzi bath in the middle. The house is full of fantasy, and for some a true collection of luxury and imagination.

The house is set up for self-catering, with a stove, a fridge, an oven, hot running water (solar
powered) and a good range of utensils, including a juicer and a coffee maker. It has access to a BBQ

Children under 3 years old are free. Ages 3 to 9 pay half price. Ages 10 years and older pay as an adult. Each Customer receives a free welcome breakfast on their first day. Additional breakfast is then $10 p,p thereafter. The price of one additional person is $50.

Reservations

Costa Ricans

We promote national tourism and therefore give a 10% discount on the rates mentioned above if you can show us your Costa Rican nationality.

Payment Conditions

In order to secure the reservation of the total amount, there must be a 30%deposit. The remaining 70% must be paid in advance 2 weeks prior the arrival. First night deposit is non refundable.

Cancellations and refund policies

All cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email. All cancellations must be acknowledged by the hotel. In case off any refunds, the first night deposit is not refundable. Mail: reservations@costaricatreehouse.com

Cancellations during the stay apply full charge with a credit note for the nights cancelled. This credit note can be used for a new reservation all year long.

We cannot be responsible for late arrivals (including plane delays), early checkouts, change of plans or rain and landslides.

That means that you can change your plans or have your plans changed on you but you are responsible to pay for the changes. If you need to cancel we will try to resell the reservation dates which is often possible, if so 50%  of the first deposit will be send back to the client via Paypal.
