Payment Conditions
In order to confirm a reservation, there must be a 30%deposit, the remaining 70% must be paid in advance 15 days prior to check in date. Deposit is non refundable.
if you cancel a reservation after paying the total, it is non refundable. Cancellations 2 weeks or less prior to reservation date are not refundable.
Cancellations before 2 weeks or more prior to reservation date can be fully refunded if the same date is later rented to other clients. Deposit will be returned via paypal. If the dates are not rented then the deposit can be used as credit for a future reservations.
